Crews have left the scene of a fire, which occurred earlier today at a fish and chip shop in Hastings. The incident was stopped at 2.49pm.
Firefighters were called out at 10.53am to the property on Rock-a-Nore Road. At the height of the incident 25 firefighters were at the scene.
Sixteen breathing apparatus were used along with compressed air foam, water and the aerial ladder platform.
A fire investigation is currently underway. Crews are due to re-inspect the site at 5.00pm this evening to check for hot spots.
